Family Fun Fest
Family Fun Fest is held at The Hangar Theater on a Saturday during the month of March. This is an interactive musical movie experience open to everyone in the Ithaca community. This event is entirely planned and produced by EAC volunteers. If you are creative and like to come up with zany ideas for children, plan to volunteer . If you would rather support the event by running errands for supplies, or run a craft booth on the day of the show, volunteer as support crew. Whatever the degree of involvement you would like to offer, we will have a role for you!
Please contact Laura at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to be a part of the Family Fun Fest production team.
Our annual art show is held in April or May and showcases the work of all of our Extended Day through Middle School students. Art teachers ask for a team of volunteers to help hang the show and another team to organize donations of refreshments.
The EAC Marching Band participates in the Ithaca Festival Parade every year. Volunteers are welcome to play in the band or sing and dance with the EAC staff. Volunteers are also helpful with moving instruments to and from the parade.
